World Host Group (WHG) is a global leader in web hosting and domain name services, operating over 20 brands worldwide. As we continue expanding, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee our office operations in the Philippines.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Office Operations & Maintenance - Oversee the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring facilities, supplies, and equipment are well-managed and fully functional.
  • Administrative Support - Manage office calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal communications to keep things running smoothly.
  • Vendor & Budget Management - Liaise with suppliers and service providers while tracking office expenses and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
  • Workplace Experience - Maintain a welcoming, clean, and efficient office environment that supports productivity and employee well-being.
  • Employee Onboarding & Support - Assist in onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and ensuring a seamless start.
  • Travel & Event Coordination - Arrange team gatherings, business travel, and company events to enhance collaboration.
  • Compliance & Safety - Ensure adherence to local workplace health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.
  • HR & IT Collaboration - Work closely with HR and IT teams to support employee administrative needs.
  • Project & Initiative Management - Drive office-related improvements, process optimizations, and special projects.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience

✔ Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to manage office budgets and track expenses efficiently.
✔ Strong organizational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
✔ Familiarity with local workplace health and safety regulations.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Experience

➕ Experience in a global or tech-driven company.
➕ Knowledge of office management tools and software.
➕ Basic understanding of HR or IT administrative processes.
