The Role: What You’ll Do 

As our Strategic Growth & Acquisition Executive, you'll be at the heart of our M&A engine. You’ll be: 

  • Hunting for acquisition opportunities in hosting, cloud, and SaaS 

  • Opening doors with founders and brokers across Europe 

  • Bringing a commercial lens to every conversation — can we scale it, can we grow it? 

  • Building relationships that convert into real opportunities 

  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive growth 

This is not a back-office analyst role — it's active, commercial, and outward-facing. You’ll be speaking to CEOs, evaluating deals, and helping drive World Host Group’s expansion strategy. 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 2–3+ years in business development/sales, investment banking, corporate development, or consulting 

  • Commercial mindset and strong communication skills 

  • Comfortable working with founders, building rapport, and pitching the business 

  • Interest in hosting, cloud tech, or subscription-based models 

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
